01. Raw Material Preparation
The main raw materials include:
Natural rubber (NR)
Synthetic rubber (such as styrene-butadiene rubber SBR, nitrile rubber NBR, etc.)

02. Formula Design
Engineers design the formula based on the product’s application. For example:

03. Mixing (Rubber Processing)
This is done in a plasticizing machine or an open mill:
